How does a custom painting commission work?
You can order a custom painting by browsing our Custom Paintings Based on Your Photos and choosing the item that suits you.
- Choose your size and place your order.
- Send your photo directly via chat — just click the button in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can attach your reference photo and describe your vision right there.
- Artist Iryna Stakhiv paints your piece within 5–10 business days.
- We send you a photo for approval — and will make revisions until you are completely happy.
- Once approved, the oil painting dries for 2 weeks and is then carefully packed and shipped.
Payment options: you can pay in full upfront, or start with a 20% deposit — the remaining balance is due only after you approve the finished painting. To use the deposit option, please contact us before placing your order.
To create a painting that truly captures your vision, we need either a good quality photo — clear, well-lit, and with enough detail — or a very detailed description of what you would like to see in the painting. If your photo is not ideal or needs some clarification, we will contact you to discuss the details before we begin.
What are the production and shipping times?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. If you are purchasing the item shown in the photos — that is exactly what you will receive.
If an item is made-to-order, this is always noted in the product description.
Timeframes for made-to-order items and custom commissions:
- Oil paintings — production 3–10 days (exact timeframe specified in the product description). Oil paint takes up to 2 weeks to dry — we ship as soon as it is fully dry.
- Acrylic paintings — production 3–9 days (exact timeframe specified in the product description), ships 2–3 days after completion.
Do you ship worldwide? Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We also monitor every shipment on our end until successful delivery.
How is shipping handled?
We ship worldwide from our studio in Ukraine. Standard delivery is handled via Ukrposhta. For faster delivery, express shipping (3–8 business days worldwide) is available through DHL or other premium courier services for an additional fee. If you prefer express shipping, please contact us to receive a custom quote.
