We want you to be absolutely in love with your new art piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please drop us an email at twosisterstwoarts@ukr.net first to receive the correct return address and shipping instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior authorization or without tracking.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom commissions based on your photo, description, or sketch — these are uniquely personal, created exclusively for you, and therefore non-returnable. Before we begin, we discuss your vision in detail, request any additional reference photos if needed, and can share progress updates along the way. Once completed, we will send you a photo of the finished piece for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make revisions based on your feedback until you are happy with the result. Please share your feedback as soon as possible — once the upper layers of paint begin to dry, not all adjustments may be possible.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Each piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us — we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method — please allow up to 3-5 business days for your bank to post the amount.
