What are the production and shipping times?

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. If you are purchasing the item shown in the photos — that is exactly what you will receive.

If an item is made based on a previously sold piece, this is always noted in the product description. Once completed, we will send you a photo. Please let us know as soon as possible whether you are happy with the result. You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund.

Timeframes for made-to-order items:

  • Oil paintings — production 3–9 days (exact timeframe specified in the product description). Oil paint takes up to 2 weeks to dry — we ship as soon as it is fully dry.
  • Acrylic paintings or Crocheted toys — production 3–9 days (exact timeframe specified in the product description), ships 2–3 days after completion.

How do I care for crocheted toys?

Our toys are handmade from cotton and plush yarns with a hollowfiber filling.

For light dirt, we recommend spot cleaning with a slightly damp cloth — this is the gentlest option and helps the toy keep its shape.

If washing is necessary, hand wash only in cool water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water — do not wring. Reshape the toy and leave it to air dry flat, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Please avoid:

  • soaking for extended periods
  • bleach or harsh detergents (damages colour and fibres)
  • machine drying (may distort the shape)
  • ironing (plush yarn is sensitive to heat)

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery is via Ukrposhta; express delivery options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.
