At Original Sisters' Art, we take great pride in ensuring that our original art and artisan collectibles reach you in perfect condition, no matter where you are in the world. We ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for every order.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order & Custom Commissions: For paintings, please allow 7–20 business days for the artist to create, dry, and prepare your unique piece. For toys, please allow 3–8 business days for the artisan to create and prepare your amigurumi toy. We will send you photos for approval before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping — We partner with Ukrposhta, our reliable national postal service. Once the package reaches your country, it is handled and delivered by your local national postal service (for example, USPS in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, or Royal Mail in the UK).

Estimated delivery times to major destinations:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8–21 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 18–21 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–14 business days
  • 🌏 Rest of the World: 8–30 business days

🚀 Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS / Nova Poshta Global):

  • If you need your order sooner, we offer Express Delivery for an additional fee.
  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days worldwide.
  • You can select Express Shipping at checkout, or contact us directly for a personalized quote for large-scale paintings.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.

Worldwide Shipping & Order Tracking

We have years of experience shipping delicate artworks and amigurumi toys to over 30 countries worldwide.

Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Secure Packaging

Paintings: Placed between pieces of foam board or hardboard, forming a "sandwich," and shipped in specialized protective boxes to ensure they arrive in gallery condition.

Artisan collectibles (toys): Carefully wrapped in eco-friendly materials, ready to be gifted or hugged, packed in protective boxes to maintain their shape and softness.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and the destination country. You can see the specific shipping rate for each item directly on its product page or during checkout.

Combined Shipping: If you purchase multiple items, the total shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

Sending as a Gift: If your order is a gift, please let us know at checkout. We will mark the parcel as a "Gift" and optimize the declared value to help you avoid or minimize import taxes in your country.

Damages & Lost Packages

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at https://originalsistersart.com/pages/contact within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement or a full refund.

If the package is lost due to the postal service's fault, you will receive a 100% refund.
