Welcome to our store. To ensure a secure and smooth shopping experience, we process all financial transactions exclusively through PayPal.
Why PayPal only? Original Sisters' Art is a small independent studio based in Ukraine. Due to our location, we are currently unable to access Shopify Payments or other major card processors that require a supported country of registration. PayPal allows us to securely accept payments from customers worldwide while keeping your financial data fully protected. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist if you have any questions about the checkout process.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
PayPal Account: You can log in to your personal PayPal account to complete the checkout.
Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as a guest through the PayPal payment gateway.
2. Currency and Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
If your local currency is different, your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the amount at their current exchange rate. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
3. Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority.
All transactions are encrypted and securely processed directly on PayPal's servers.
We never store, see, or have access to your credit card details or financial information.
4. Order Confirmation
Your order will be processed once payment clearance is confirmed by PayPal.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after a successful transaction.
If your payment is declined or marked as pending by PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the issue is resolved.
5. Taxes and Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Important Billing Note for Buyers
Please note that our store payments are securely processed through our official corporate logistics and billing agent (Skladusa). On your bank or PayPal statement, this transaction may appear under the name of our processing entity rather than our store name. This is fully secure and standard for our international shipping process.
How to Pay with a Credit/Debit Card via PayPal (No PayPal Account Required)
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still easily pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card as a guest. Please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Proceed from the Product or Cart Page
Option A: On the product page, click the "Add to cart" button (and then go to your cart). Do not click the yellow button here if you want a standard checkout.
Option B: On the Cart page, click the black "Check out" button.
Note: Avoid clicking the yellow "PayPal" button at this stage, as it will immediately prompt you to log in.
Step 2: Fill in Your Shipping Details
Enter your email and shipping address on the Shopify checkout page.
Select your shipping method and proceed to the final Payment step.
Step 3: Select PayPal and Complete Order
At the final payment step, select PayPal as your payment method.
Click the "Complete order" (or "Pay now") button. You will be securely redirected to the PayPal payment window.
Step 4: Pay as a Guest
In the opened PayPal pop-up window, ignore the email login field.
Look for and click the white/grey button that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or "Checkout as Guest" at the bottom of the window.
Step 5: Enter Your Card Information
Enter your card details, billing address, and contact information.
Uncheck the "Save information and create a PayPal account" option if you do not want to register.
Click "Pay Now" to finalize your secure transaction.
