Refund policy

At Original Sisters' Art, we want you to be absolutely in love with your new art piece or handmade toy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. For items sold with "Free Shipping," the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at https://originalsistersart.com/pages/contact within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
